RESET™: Building Stronger Men from the Inside Out

RESET™: Building Stronger Men from the Inside Out

At Crookd Crown Publishing, we've always believed that stories have the power to change lives. Today, we're excited to share the next chapter in that mission.

I'm proud to introduce RESET™ (Rebuilding Emotional Skills Through Effective Thinking), an emotional growth and accountability curriculum I created within the Earned Living Unit (ELU) at MCF-Stillwater. Drawing from years of lived experience, personal transformation, and foundational psychological principles, RESET™ was designed to provide men with practical tools for improving communication, emotional regulation, leadership, accountability, healthy relationships, and personal growth. I will have the privilege of facilitating the program alongside Deaunteze Bobo as we launch our first 10-week cohort on July 22, 2026.

Throughout the curriculum, participants will also explore selected principles from my book, The 8 Laws of Hustle. Concepts such as Absolute Accountability, Curated Company, Productive Isolation, Identity Mastery, Strategic Execution, and Legacy Construction are woven into RESET™ to reinforce disciplined thinking, intentional growth, and practical decision-making. Rather than serving as a book study, these principles strengthen the curriculum by giving participants additional tools they can apply to everyday situations both inside prison and long after release.

RESET™ represents another extension of the mission behind Crookd Crown Publishing—creating resources that educate, inspire, and transform lives. More importantly, it reflects the culture being built inside the ELU: men choosing to invest in one another, challenge unhealthy thinking, build stronger relationships, and develop the emotional skills necessary to create lasting change.

This is only the beginning. We are excited to continue building RESET™, documenting its impact, and working alongside the incredible men of the ELU who are committed to lifting one another up through accountability, leadership, and personal growth.

Real change begins with one decision. Sometimes, that decision is simply choosing to RESET™.
